⚠️ Partial Refund: Requests made between 12 and 24 hours after service delivery may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%), depending on the work completed and the nature of the concern.

❌ No Refund: Requests made after 24 hours of service delivery, or where the investigation was completed according to the agreed terms, are not eligible for a refund.
